The Finance Committee is a statutory committee of the Administrative office and is typically chaired by the Secretary. The committee is responsible for reviewing and providing guidance on the organization’s financial matters. Specifically, the committee assures internal controls, independent audit, and financial analysis for the organization. The Finance Committee should review all financial statements and reports on financial activity that is due to be presented to the board.
